The Pimlico Plumbers Platform
As an independent operator within the Pimlico Plumbers network, you will operate via your own limited company while leveraging an established platform designed to support performance and productivity.
You will have access to experienced teams across operations, sales and support functions, including:
· 24/7 customer contact centre handling enquiries and bookings
· Dedicated scheduling to optimise availability and productivity
· Sales support for larger and more complex jobs
· Centralised invoicing and payment collection
· Access to approved suppliers and infrastructure
· Ongoing technical and operational support
This model is designed to reduce admin, improve efficiency, and maximise the value of every day.
What You Will Be Doing
· Delivering servicing, installation and repair work across residential and commercial properties
· Managing, availability and workload to maximise productivity and earnings
· Leveraging central support functions to optimise availability
· Identifying and converting additional opportunities on-site
· Delivering high-quality work and representing the Pimlico Plumbers brand across customer environments
Earnings Potential
Top-performing operators have the potential to earn £150,000+ per year, based on performance within the model.
Earnings will vary depending on trade, availability, productivity, and the ability to maximise each job opportunity.

Minimum Qualifications
Persons undertaking work must be, and remain, qualified, certified, and accredited in accordance with any applicable law or regulations related to its trade.
Mandatory:
· NVQ Level 2 Carpentry or equivalent proven experience
· Minimum 3+ years’ experience in carpentry across maintenance and installation work
· Proven experience in first and second fix carpentry
Preferred:
· NVQ Level 3 Carpentry or equivalent
· Experience working in high-end residential environments
Core Capability:
· Ability to deliver high-quality finishing work to a strong standard
· Experience working in occupied properties with care and professionalism
· Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
· Ability to complete jobs independently from start to finish
· Good problem-solving skills when working on-site
Environment:
- Residential and light commercial environments

Pay: £1,600.00-£2,000.00 per week
