Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support our Project Management and Product teams in delivering gaming and technology projects across the business.
The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Analysts, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, support operational improvements, and assist in driving product growth initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and an interest in the online gaming/gambling industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of product and project strategies across gaming products and business operations.
- Assist in coordinating project activities and tracking project progress.
- Help improve and maintain internal operational processes.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and assist in performance reporting.
- Conduct market and competitor research within the online gaming and betting industry.
- Assist with project documentation, meeting coordination, and follow-up actions.
- Support communication between business and technical teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Help manage project timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Assist in business development and operational support activities where required.
Qualifications
- English and Mandarin proficiency required as working languages.
- Experience or understanding of project coordination or project management processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software delivery processes is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of business process management and project workflows.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud collaboration platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the online gaming, gambling, or technology industry.
- Exposure to IT or software-related projects.
- Knowledge of online betting providers or gaming platforms is an advantage.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
