Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Branch Service Manager to lead our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of vehicle care aligned with our company's values.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the service team to deliver outstanding automotive solutions.
- Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee service processes including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and franchise standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes continuous improvement.
- Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive service management or similar leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance services including diagnostics and wheel alignment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
