Club Supervisor: Pavilion Fulham, London
Salary: £32,000 pa
We are recruiting for an exciting role at Pavilion Fulham. The Club Supervisor for this luxury private members club should be charismatic and professional with a confident and positive personality. Being friendly and commercially astute, you will enjoy guest interaction on all levels.
As the Club Supervisor you will attend to our members needs while also welcoming all guests to Pavilion Fulham with a friendly manner with the ultimate customer service experience. Your core focus will be running a lively indoor/ outdoor entertainment space.
What will you be doing?
You will be the face of Pavilion Fulham, personally welcoming Pavilion members, ensuring an outstanding experience throughout their time within Pavilion Fulham.
You will be friendly, solve issues efficiently, you will want to go the extra mile and you need to make sure everyone feels good. You will make members feel at home and encourage a friendly, collaborative working environment.
You will need to roll up your sleeves. You’ll drop tools and help out when the call goes out for ‘all hands on deck!’ Whether it’s clearing up after an event or simply helping out a member in need, you’re on hand, smiling!
What kind of person are we looking for?
You will be energetic and vibrant, with previous experience as a Hospitality Supervisor, the best candidates will have a natural gift for hospitality and be genuinely excited by the idea of a fast-paced expanding business. You will demonstrate strong organisation skills, with good administration & IT experience. You should take an enthusiastic and proactive approach to any given task, willing to help out when your colleagues need it, remembering that the customer experience at Pavilion Fulham is the utmost priority.
