Duties
- Greeting visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answering phone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining the appointment calendar
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
- Supporting other administrative staff with various office duties as required
Qualifications
- Prior office or administrative experience is preferred but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
