About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting residents with their daily needs while leading and guiding care staff to ensure excellent standards of care are maintained.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a senior care or healthcare role
- Ideally applicants with a nursing background
- Nursing qualification welcomed
- If you have completed your nursing qualification but are still waiting for your PIN, we can support you through the process of obtaining it
- Passionate, caring, and reliable individuals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Supervising and supporting junior care staff
- Ensuring residents receive person-centred care
