A exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing family-run fashion brand based in Manchester city centre.
Our client, is looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to become part of their close-knit e-commerce team. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction whilst also supporting the operational side of a fast-paced online retail business.
You will play a key part in ensuring customers receive an excellent experience while supporting day-to-day operations across the business.

Managing customer enquiries across email, telephone and social media platforms

Handling returns, refunds and exchanges efficiently

Monitoring deliveries and resolving courier-related issues

Supporting warehouse operations including picking, packing and stock handling

Assisting with order management and general operational tasks

Previous customer service experience is preferred
