Glasgow - Working from Office.
Full or part time permanent position. Monday - Friday 40 Hours Minimum per week - Option to add additional hours.
Ramora Facilities Support are looking for an enthusiastic individual for a new opportunity that has arisen within the business. Customer service experience and planning of grounds maintenance teams would be desirable , however full in house training will be provided.
Ideal candidate would be an excellent communicator, with exceptional attention to detail
The role requires :
- Planning teams and client schedules
- Handling complaints
- Ensuring all spreadsheets ad images are updated
- General enquiries and resolution
- General administration duties to include quotes and chasing orders
As an advisor you will have:
- Great communication skills
- I.T literacy
- Ability to organise your own workload
- Ability to record data correctly
