Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and business support to the Operations Team and hospital management.
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure services run efficiently.
- Prepare, maintain, and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor and track operational tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage emails, telephone enquiries, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes when required.
- Assist in preparing performance reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support staff with administrative processes, including maintaining staff records and documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, suppliers, and service providers.
- Maintain accurate databases and filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist in implementing and improving operational procedures and processes.
- Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role as directed by the Operations Manager.
Experience
- Previous experience in business support, administration, or operations.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: £24,420.00-£35,500.00 per year
