Our client based in Ruabon, are looking for 2 X experienced Warehouse Operatives to join their warehouse team on a full time, long term basis working on a 4 on / 4 off from 6am to 6pm
Hours of work:
- 6am - 6pm on 4 on / 4 off rota ( will involve some Saturday and Sunday working )
Pay:
- £13.21ph ( inclusive of safety/ attendance allowance )- weekly pay
Contract Length:
- Long term work only, with a permanent contract available after 12 + weeks working through Swift Temps Ltd. Immediate start available
Duties will include:
- Handling materials efficiently, including loading and unloading goods using appropriate equipment such as PPT & EPT
- Managing stock levels through accurate picking and packing of orders to meet customer requirements.
- Operating warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records accurately.
- Assisting with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards before dispatch.
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including materials handling, picking & packing, and stock management.
- Ability to operate EPT & PPT
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures to coordinate timely dispatches and deliveries.
- Physical strength for heavy lifting tasks and load & unload activities, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
