Key Responsibilities
- Support residents to maintain and develop independence
- Assist in planning care programs and contributing to reviews
- Provide physical care (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, mobility)
- Promote residents’ emotional wellbeing
- Act as a keyworker for allocated residents
- Accompany residents on outings, appointments, or hospital visits
- Safeguard residents by reporting any concerns or incidents promptly
- Uphold privacy, dignity and respect in all interactions
- Attend training and meetings to continually improve care practices
Pay: £13.30 per hour

Experience:
- Care home: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent (preferred)
