What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing guest bedrooms to exceptional standards
- Styling rooms so they feel fresh, luxurious and guest-ready
- Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms, public areas and bridal suites
- Turning around rooms efficiently during busy wedding changeovers
- Restocking amenities and ensuring everything feels premium
- Reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Working as part of a tight, supportive team
- Taking pride in every detail — from crisp linens to polished mirrors

- Has high standards (and doesn’t cut corners)
- Takes genuine pride in their work
- Understands that presentation is everything in a luxury venue
- Works efficiently but never rushes the finish
- Is reliable, punctual and positive
- Thrives in a fast-paced wedding environment
- Notices the small things others might miss
