Summary
We are seeking dedicated Cleaning Operatives to join our expanding team in a primary School located in westbury Leigh, westbury wiltshire.
In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness for our clients, supporting our mission to deliver outstanding service with professionalism and care.
Hours- Monday & Friday, 2.5 hours per night. 12.5 hours per week. 15:30-18:00
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties efficiently and thoroughly in residential or commercial settings.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Use cleaning equipment and products appropriately.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Support team efforts to meet company goals and uphold service quality.
- Qualifications
- Valid driving license is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills are required.
- Strong communication skills are preferred.
- Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
