About the Opportunity
LPT Healthcare is currently expanding its nationwide panel of mental health professionals and is seeking experienced HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologists to undertake psychological assessments, therapy sessions, and medico-legal reporting services.
This role offers flexible working arrangements with both remote consultations and in-person appointments available across the UK.
Main Duties
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and clinical evaluations
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for adults and young people
- Prepare professional medico-legal and psychological reports
- Develop tailored treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Provide expert opinion regarding psychological injuries and recovery
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant clinical records
- Liaise professionally with legal representatives, case managers, and healthcare professionals where required
Essential Requirements
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent recognised qualification
- Valid professional indemnity insurance
- Enhanced DBS
- Strong understanding of PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and rehabilitation pathways
- Excellent communication, organisational, and report-writing abilities
Preferred Experience
- Previous medico-legal assessment and reporting experience
- Familiarity with personal injury and rehabilitation cases
- Experience delivering remote therapy and assessments
- Ability to manage flexible caseloads independently
