The Role: We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily physical operations, ensuring that our products are safely received, accurately packed, and promptly dispatched. You will also serve as a welcoming face and voice for the company by handling front-door and telephone inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Handling & Dispatch: Accurately pack products and prepare them for daily dispatch.
- Receiving Deliveries: Accept, inspect, and organize incoming parcels and shipments.
- Inventory Management: Help keep the stock area organized and tidy.
- Front Desk Support: Attend to the door to greet visitors or delivery drivers.
- Communications: Answer incoming phone calls professionally and route them to the correct team member.
- General Support: Assist with light administrative duties as needed to keep the office running smoothly.
What We Are Looking For:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail (especially when packing orders).
- Ability to safely lift and move parcels as part of daily stock handling.
- Friendly and professional communication skills for answering calls and greeting guests.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in stock handling, packing, or reception is a bonus, but not strictly required!
