ABOUT VELARIS FACILITIES
Velaris Facilities is a premium residential cleaning company operating across South West London and beyond. We provide regular cleaning, deep cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning to high standards.
We're building a team of experienced, reliable cleaners who take real pride in their work. This is not a role for people looking for casual one-off shifts — we want people who want consistent work and want to grow with us.
WHERE YOU'LL BE WORKING
Primarily across South West London — Putney, Clapham, Wandsworth, Fulham, Battersea, Wimbledon, Chelsea, Hammersmith and surrounding areas. Occasional work in other parts of London may be available for those willing to travel.
WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES
- Carrying out residential deep cleans, regular cleans and end of tenancy cleans to a high standard
- Working through structured checklists covering kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- Using products and equipment provided by Velaris — no upfront costs for you
- Representing the brand professionally in clients' homes at all times
- Communicating clearly with the team about job progress and any issues

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience — residential, end of tenancy or hospitality (non-negotiable)
- Proven reliability and punctuality — this is our most important requirement
- Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
- Ability to travel independently across South West London
- Willingness to travel to other parts of London when required
- Professional, trustworthy and respectful at all times
- Good communication — you don't need perfect English but must be able to communicate clearly
- Driving licence is an advantage and may open up additional work
REQUIREMENTS
- Right to work in the UK — proof required
- Basic DBS check required before starting. You apply for this yourself at gov.uk/request-copy-criminal-record (£18). We will reimburse the full cost after your first paid shift.
- Two references required
- Available for a minimum of 2–3 days per week
