Employment Partners is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced Senior Driving Recruitment Consultants who know the transport and logistics sector inside out.
This role is perfect for someone who can confidently run their own desk, build strong relationships with clients and drivers, and enjoys the freedom of working autonomously without constant micromanagement.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing and growing a busy driving recruitment desk, maintaining existing client relationships whilst identifying and developing new business opportunities across the transport and logistics sector.
You’ll work closely with both clients and professional drivers to ensure bookings are filled efficiently, compliance standards are maintained, and exceptional service is delivered at every stage.
This position offers genuine flexibility and would suit a highly organised, self-motivated recruiter who is comfortable working remotely and taking ownership of their workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Generating new business opportunities within the driving and logistics sector
- Recruiting and placing HGV Class 1, Class 2, 7.5T and Van Drivers
- Conducting candidate registrations, interviews and compliance checks
- Managing bookings, shift fulfilment and client requirements
- Ensuring full compliance with Driver Hours Regulations and industry legislation
- Building and maintaining strong candidate and client relationships
- Maintaining accurate records using recruitment CRM systems
- Delivering exceptional customer service and account management
- Participating in an out-of-hours/on-call rota when required
What We’re Looking For Essential
- Previous experience within Driving Recruitment
- Strong understanding of Driver Hours Regulations and the Working Time Directive
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment compliance within transport and logistics
- Ability to manage a desk independently and work on your own initiative
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
- Competent using recruitment software, CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills
- Proactive and solutions-focused attitude
Desirable
- Existing client or candidate relationships within the driving sector
- Experience developing new business opportunities
- Knowledge of transport operations and logistics environments
- Multilingual ( EU languages)
