- Full time, Monday to Friday
- 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm
The role of Warehouse Operative:
- Assorting goods on a production line
- Erecting cardboard cartons and attaching labels
- Conducting quality inspections of products
- Stacking pallets with completed boxes
- Working at pace throughout your shift and meeting productivity expectations
- Moving across different production lines as required
The ideal Warehouse Operative:
- Punctual with good attention to detail
- Comfortable with manual handling and working on your feet
- Able to maintain a consistent work pace and follow set processes
- Responds positively to feedback and coaching
- Own transport required — site is not accessible by public transport
This role involves working in a chilled production environment handling items such as milk, cheese, yoghurts and juices, with repetitive manual handling (approximately 3kg–12kg) and standing for the duration of the shift.
