Level 3 Nursery Assistant – Warrington
Are you a qualified Level 3 Nursery Assistant with a passion for supporting children's early development? Excell Supply is currently recruiting enthusiastic and caring Nursery Assistants to work within nurseries and early years settings across Warrington.

The Role:
- Support the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 0–5 years
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging early years activities
- Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
- Observe and record children's progress in line with EYFS requirements
- Support children's social, emotional and physical development
- Work closely with colleagues and parents to promote positive outcomes for children
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (essential)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
