Nexus Recruitment have been instructed by an established managing agent in Hertfordshire on a brand new role in the team. Our client are looking for a proactive and experienced Property Manager to oversee a purely leasehold portfolio in Hertfordshire.
Core responsibilities:
- Oversee a leasehold portfolio of 500 units across circa 20 sites, regularly engaging with leaseholders and dealing with any queries.
- Overseeing all major works from start to finish through all 3 stages
- Setting and managing service charge budgets with support from your accounts department
- Attending site visits once a week, conducting H&S checks and inspections
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders

The following qualifications/skillset is preferred:
- At least 1 year’s experience at Property Manager level (block management not AST).
- TPI level 2 at a minimum is preferred
- Full UK driving license and access to own car
- Able to demonstrate clear knowledge of the section 20 process from start to finish
- Knowledge of the building safety act
