The Role:
The Digital Workplace Services team plays a vital role in delivering and supporting IT services across the University. The team is responsible for managing all endpoint devices, including the Windows operating system, antivirus and encryption solutions, virtual desktop infrastructure, application packaging and distribution, software procurement, and license management. The role holder will contribute to the day-to-day support of University systems using standard tools and practices, while also having opportunities to engage in project work and collaborate across teams.
Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role.
