A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Implant Tyre Technician / Tyre Fitter to join a prestigious automotive dealership. This role places you at the heart of a high‑end client environment, where you will represent both our organisation and the dealership with professionalism, technical expertise, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
You will work as an integral part of the on‑site team, ensuring that every customer receives a first‑class experience and that all tyre‑related services are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and support daily sales activity through excellent customer interaction and product knowledge.
- Manage stock levels, maintain accurate records, and complete all associated paperwork.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including strict adherence to health and safety standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and management team.
Key Skills and experience
- Smart, presentable appearance, and a consistently courteous manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a desire to continuously improve processes and performance.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in tyre fitting, including a solid understanding of UK tyre law and tyre technology.
- Confident in using workshop equipment and committed to safe working practices.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
