SOUTH INDIAN CHEF – INDIAN RESTAURANT | FULL-TIME | EAST HAM
We are seeking an experienced and passionate South Indian Chef to lead our kitchen team and maintain the highest standards of food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations and daily service
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
- Manage stock, ordering, food costs, and wastage
- Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a South Indian curry Chef or Senior Sous Chef in Indian restaurant.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Experience with South Indian cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £27,300.66-£32,889.32 per year
