We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Domiciliary support worker to support our team, our clients, and the continued growth of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
- Assisting with washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Supporting clients with medication in line with company policies.
- Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Assisting with light household duties where required.
- Supporting clients to attend appointments and access their community.
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' wellbeing.
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
- Following care plans and company procedures at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Access to a vehicle for work purposes (unless otherwise agreed).
- Caring, compassionate, and reliable nature.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends where required.
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential.
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards one).
- Medication training and experience supporting vulnerable adults and children.
