We are looking for a Business Support Coordinator to join a busy Business Support team based at our Aberdeen office. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business requirements and daily tasks. This position is designed for someone who is organised with a high level of attention to detail, can work on their own initiative and within a team, works well under pressure and can multi-task and prioritise. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately / have a short notice period in their current role.
Hours:
Full-time Monday - Thursday; 8.00 am - 5.00 pm, Friday 8.00 am - 4.00 pm with a one-hour lunch break. - FIXED TERM FOR SIX MONTHS

Main Duties:
Main responsibilities to include (but not limited to):
Responsibilities:
Identifying documentation requirements

Submitting documentation to the relevant clients within prescribed timescales

Providing general administrative support

Liaising with manufacturers, suppliers and client project staff to ensure all material meets technical and quality requirements and delivery timescales.

Preparing and submitting all export related documentation to ship goods from global manufacturing sites to nominated destinations.

Providing support on other functions as required by the management team.

Using R&M company IT system and any partner systems associated with Projects.

Preparing and submitting reports as needed or requested by client and for Joint Venture partners.

Creation and maintenance of client / project expediting schedules.

To chase the purchase orders raised to ensure that the orders are delivered in time to meet the customers required date. If there is an issue, then advise the customer as soon as aware of the issue.
Supporting management with travel arrangements.

Training:
Training will be delivered primarily through on-the-job learning, allowing employees to develop their skills in a real-work environment with hands-on guidance and support.
