Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at Total Facility Solutions. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities. Your contributions will help us uphold our reputation for exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Shift pattern Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 5.30 am - 7.30 am and Saturday 6.30 am - 8.30 am or 9 pm - 11 pm for all shifts
Weekday pay is £12.71 per hour
Weekend pay is £13.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas including canteen, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and within specified time frames.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering quality service.
