Purpose of the Role
To ensure the cctv of the centre is actively monitored the centre is kept in a clean and safe manner which will include monitoring of alarms, ventilation systems and timely answering of the telephones and radio.
Key Responsibilities
- CCTV Monitoring
- Monitoring of intruder alarms and shopalert systems
- Dealing with permits/ contractors
- Carrying out first aid if required
- Monitoring of fire alarm
- Check Calls to NOC / staff
- Communicate with staff and public in a professional manner over the phone / radio
- Complete statutory checks as required
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Must have experience of working in a control room
- Must hold SIA CCTV and Manned Guarding Badges
Working Hours - 48 hours per week 5 days out of 7
Salary - £13.36 per hour
