Job Overview
Our Client requires experience in the role and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate must be fully CeMAP qualified and have experience in providing face-to-face client mortgage and protection advice.
You will:
- Be able to clearly describe the value proposition and the benefits to clients
- Be highly confident in providing protection advice to compliment the mortgage and maximise case size
- Have a minimum of 2 years face to face mortgage and protection experience
- Be enthusiastic, focused and ambitious
- Be focused on achieving challenging sales targets by using your knowledge and experience to recommend products based on client budget and requirements
- Be highly confident in providing protection advice to compliment the mortgage and maximise case size
- Have a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage and protection sector
- Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards
- Available to work some evenings and weekends to offer customers appointments to suit their needs
- Have a proactive attitude to continuous learning and development
- Be fully CeMAP qualified
- Have been CAS certified
