The Highlights

Your Role
As a confident and knowledgeable CDP, you’ll take charge of your section in a high-energy, professional kitchen. Working closely with our Head and Sous Chefs, you will:
- Prepare and plate beautiful, authentic dishes.
- Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, cleanliness and stock rotation.
- Contribute to a positive, knowledgeable, and "happy" kitchen culture.
