Reginal Master Trainer - Pilat3s

The Reginal PILAT3S Master Trainer plays a key role in maintaining and elevating the quality of the PILAT3S product across Gymbox. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality instructor training to support new studio openings and strengthen instructor teams in established studios.
Through workshops, coaching, audits, and ongoing support, the Master Trainer ensures consistency across the product while upholding the highest training and performance standards.
As a brand ambassador for Gymbox and PILAT3S, the Master Trainer must be highly personable, deeply knowledgeable about the product, and demonstrate exceptional organisational and communication skills.
