Technical Engineer (Graduate)
My client a highly successful multi-site engineer company are currently recruiting for a Technical Engineer, based in Co Tyrone. We are ideally seeking graduates from a technical related field who are fully competent in AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quotes within set timescales to maintain company’s customer service targets.
- Prepare load assessments and load calculations
- Specify standard off-the-shelf products, and also custom-made items designed specifically for relevant projects.
- Prepare lintel calculations at the customer’s request
- Periodic office and site visits to develop customer relationships and to measure up/solve technical issues.
- Collate information and prepare clear and structured technical reports on findings from sites
Skills & Experience
- Degree educated from a Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture discipline
- Knowledge of the construction industry is desirable
- Experience of AutoCAD and Manufacturing drawings is beneficial
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational skills
