The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and driven Solar Sales Team Manager to lead, coach, and grow our sales division. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented leader with a strong background in solar sales and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Solar Sales Representatives.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales professionals.
- Set performance goals and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, field support, and performance reviews.
- Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and team KPIs.
- Develop strategies to increase lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Work closely with operations and installation teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Handle escalated customer enquiries and support team members with complex sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of solar sales experience.
- Proven experience managing or leading a sales team.
- Strong understanding of residential solar systems, battery storage, and financing solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
