You'll have a fully stocked vehicle, an experienced warehouse team, and the day-to-day support of an experienced Service Manager and dedicated office team - handling bookings, parts and admin so you can focus on the job in hand. You'll also have multiple shift patterns to choose from, including the option of a 4-day week and a 3-day weekend. There's no 24/7 callout to worry about, and all your work will be located within 25 miles of our offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Boiler, cylinder, and heating system maintenance
- Heating system upgrades
- Servicing and landlord certification
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Heat pump service and maintenance (full training provided)
- Own the outcome - getting every job right first time and providing exceptional customer service before, during and after every visit
Skills and Experience:
- At least three years of post-qualification service/repair experience is essential
- Knowledge of S and Y plan heating wiring
- G3 experience is preferred but not essential
- OFTEC, LPG and heat pump experience is preferred but not essential - full training will be provided
- A driven, ambitious mindset with a genuine love of solving problems
- Good planning and organisational skills, with strong analytical thinking
- Great communication skills, with the ability to be open, honest and approachable with every customer
