A new TEMP TO PERM position based in Ludlow

What to expect:
- Starting rate of £13.50 per hour + holiday pay - overtime x 1.5
- Weekly pay - 40 hours per week standard, overtime available
- Alternate Monday to Friday AM/PM shifts, early finish Friday
- Full training given to successful candidate
- Temp to permanent position
What you will be doing:
- Operating industrial electronic embroidery machines (training provided)
- Quality control and ensuring all products conform to standards
- Oversee efficiency and standards to a wide range of goods and companies
- Maintenance and cleaning of machinery
What we are looking for:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Reliable and adaptable with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently when required
- Good eyesight is essential
- High level of precision and dexterity
- Comfortable with manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving items
- Availability to complete all shifts including Saturday’s during busier periods
