The Senior Clinical Fellow (ST6+) in Haematology will join the internationally recognised MPN/CML service at Hammersmith Hospital, contributing to specialist outpatient care, inpatient management, and the delivery of cutting ‑ edge clinical research. The post offers exceptional exposure to complex myeloid disease, including patients undergoing stem cell transplantation, participation in clinical trials, and close collaboration with the Academic Department of Haematology at Imperial College London. This post may suit a candidate who has completed their haematology specialist training or has a strong track record in haematology, and is seeking specialist experience in MPN/CML. This appointment will be a full-time position on a fixed term basis for a 12 months contract.

Review and manage patients in dedicated CML and MPN outpatient clinics.Provide expert assessment, treatment planning, and longitudinal disease monitoring and participate in multidisciplinary discussions regarding complex cases.
Additionally, should also support the management of CML/MPN inpatients, including those receiving:
Intensive therapies, Clinical trial interventions, Pre ‑ transplant conditioning, Post ‑ transplant care and complications
If desires to participate in Clinical Trials & Research Opportunities will have the opportunity to engage in ongoing phase I–III clinical trials supported by the Malignant Haematology Clinical Trials Unit.
The clinical fellow will be supervised by Dr Andrew Innes, MPN Clinical lead, and will be expected to partake in the trusts appraisal process.
