We have partnered with a fantastic school in Twickenham, and we are looking for graduates who have a passion for working with children and young people to join the school as a SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant.
This school is all about creating a caring family environment for its staff and students and is keen to develop graduates going into their school.
This role is extremely rewarding as you’ll be building relationships and supporting students who have SEN and SEMH needs. The amazing thing about this role is you’ll be able to see students build their confidence and achieve their goals with your daily support.
You’ll be working alongside a team of experienced professionals which makes this a brilliant opportunity to grow and develop your own skills.
What To Expect From This Highly Rewarding Role:
- Full-time: 35-hour working week Monday - Friday
- £565.00 per week (term time only)
- Work within a supportive and positive environment
- Develop your skills, and build confidence while being supported by our programme and experienced members of staff
- Support children aged 5 -16 from day one
- Inspire the next generation and support them in becoming the best version of themselves
What We Are Looking For:
- Hold a completed bachelor's degree (minimum 2:1)
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to work well in a team
- Empathetic, caring individual
- Resilient individual who’s able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience/knowledge surrounding SEN SEMH (beneficial but not essential)
