Learning Support Assistant - Ealing
£95 to £100 per day PAYE
Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 03:30 PM
Full-time, long-term to permanent contract (term-time only)

About the Role:
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEN, particularly Autism (ASC) and ADHD, within a Primary School or secondary setting
- Support learning in line with EHCP targets to improve academic progress and independence
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants to deliver personalised support
- Lead small group interventions to support targeted learning outcomes
- Use a calm and consistent approach to provide effective behaviour support
- Help pupils build confidence, social skills, emotional regulation, and independence
- Contribute to an inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalised support for students with SEN including Autism (ASC), ADHD, and SEMH needs
- Implement EHCP strategies within classroom and intervention settings
- Support learning activities and adapt resources to meet individual needs
- Provide behaviour support to manage and reduce dysregulation
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
- Monitor student progress and contribute to support plans and reviews
- Encourage positive participation and inclusion across all aspects of school life

Key Requirements:
- Experience supporting students with SEN, Autism (ASC), ADHD, or SEMH needs
- Background as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant is desirable
- Understanding of EHCPs and differentiated support strategies
- Ability to provide consistent and effective behaviour support
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs
