The Role
We are looking for a creative and highly professional Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence and showcase our vehicle stock, while also acting as a Showroom Host to ensure every client receives an exceptional in-person experience.
This is a varied and hands-on role combining content creation, marketing, and customer-facing responsibilities within a luxury environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Content
- Create high-quality photo and video content to promote vehicle stock
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Write engaging and accurate vehicle descriptions
- Plan and schedule social media content and campaigns
- Run targeted email marketing campaigns
- Monitor performance and optimise engagement
Showroom & Client Experience
- Greet and welcome clients into the showroom in a professional and friendly manner
- Deliver a premium, high-end customer experience at all times
- Maintain the overall cleanliness, presentation, and organisation of the showroom
- Ensure vehicles are presented to the highest possible standard
- Support the team in creating a refined and polished environment
Requirements
- Experience managing social media accounts (personal or business)
- Strong photography and/or videography skills
- Passion for prestige, performance, or specialist vehicles
- Professional, well-presented, and confident dealing with clients
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
Desirable Skills
- Experience in automotive, luxury, or equestrian sectors
- Knowledge of AutoTrader or similar platforms
- Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
- Skills in editing software (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva)
- Experience with paid social media advertising
