We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Seasonal Visitor Attraction Assistants to join our team at Stump Cross Caverns. This is a varied and customer-facing role, perfect for someone who enjoys working with people in a unique and busy tourist environment.
About the Role
As part of our front-of-house team, you’ll help deliver a great experience for visitors exploring the caves and shop. From welcoming guests to supporting day-to-day operations, no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and providing a friendly, informative experience
- Assisting with the smooth running of the cave attraction
- Operating the shop, including serving customers and handling transactions
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and safety
- Answering visitor questions and promoting the site
- Supporting general day-to-day operations across the attraction
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
- Confidence in dealing with the public
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment
- Reliable and flexible, including weekends and holidays
- Retail or customer service experience is an advantage (but not essential)
- Due to our rural location, this role is not accessible by public transport – applicants must have their own reliable transport

Hours: Flexible, including weekends and school holidays
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
