Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team working on precast concrete installation projectsacross the UK.
Opportunities are available for candidates at various experience levels, from Erectors through to Slingers/Signallers and Supervisors.

The ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, contributing to various Precast Concrete installation projects throughout the UK. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Duties
- Assist in the installation of Precast Concrete Panels on sites throughout the UK. Regularly staying overnight Monday to Thursday, returning on Friday. Accommodation and travel to site will be provided along with a tax free overnight allowance.
- Operate basic machinery and tools related to concrete work, ensuring proper maintenance and safety protocols are followed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently, job and knock.
- Supervisor roles will lead a team of 4 on sites throughout the uk.
- Ensure the work area is clean and organised, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Occasional finishing tasks such as filling and sanding surfaces and removing marks.
Skills
- CSCS Labourers card or NPORS equivalent.
- CSCS Slinger / Signaller or NPORS equivalent.
- SSSTS SMSTS for supervisor roles.
- A valid commercial driving licence is advantageous / necessary for supervisor roles.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
