The Role
As a Recruitment Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
This is a true 360 recruitment role that combines account management, recruitment delivery, candidate attraction, and business development.
You will have the autonomy to manage your own workload, grow your client relationships, and play a key role in the continued success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to successful placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive account management
- Develop recruitment strategies tailored to client hiring needs
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for positions within the Residential Childcare sector
- Generate new business opportunities and identify areas for account growth
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates
- Manage social media platforms and candidate attraction campaigns
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes
- Provide a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and support
- Stay informed of market trends, industry developments, and recruitment best practices
- Deliver exceptional service while achieving individual and team targets

Experience
