- Ensure a safe environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Document care provided accurately and report any concerns or changes in condition
- Assist with medication management as directed by healthcare professionals
- Maintain clear communication with team members, clients, and their families
- Support clients with light domestic tasks such as meal preparation and light cleaning where appropriate
