Ashridge Group is seeking experienced Security Officers to join our team at a site in Basingstoke, RG22 4SB.
This role is ideal for a professional who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. As a key member of the on-site team, you will act as the first point of contact for employees and guests, representing Ashridge Group with professionalism and confidence.

Location: Sony Basingstoke RG22 4SB
Shift Pattern: 6 on 3 off (07:00 - 19:00; 19:00 - 07:00)
Period: +/- 3months
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Duties:
- Conducting entry checks on contractors (access/egress duties)
- Site paperwork
- Reporting all Health and Safety concerns
- Protecting the client’s property from any damage, vandalism or theft
- Regular patrols

Requirements:
Essential
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Full 5-year employment or education history
- First Aid Certification
- Experience within a corporate security role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clear and direct commutation skills (Written and verbal)
