Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises. This role offers flexible hours suitable for those seeking part-time employment, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality cleaning services in a professional environment.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial settings
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas according to health and safety standards
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored properly after use
- Follow designated cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Restock consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls as needed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organisational skills and reliability
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as required, including early mornings or late afternoons if necessary
- A positive attitude and good communication skills
