Your Role as Nursing Home Manager:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of a luxury nursing home
- Drive occupancy and maintain strong commercial performance
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing care team
- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulations
- Deliver outstanding, person-centred care
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager (essential)
- Active NMC Pin
- Background in a luxury or high-end care setting (preferred)
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of increasing occupancy
- History of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Stable career history with strong tenure
- Clinical qualification (desirable but not essential)
