We have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce / Office Manager to join an independent entertainment company based in Saint Ives, Cambridgeshire. We retail online and also wholesale to national retailers. Products include video games, CD, Vinyl Records, Toys, Card Games, Board Games etc
Day to day tasks will include managing online orders, some customer service and contributing to various aspects of the daily operations. This will involve stock management (goods in + out), managing product listings across all channels (own site, Amazon eBay and OnBuy), customer services across all channels, support in the warehouse and various ad hoc administrative tasks.
This is a varied roll and is suited to someone with some experience of the above or a willingness/hunger to learn.

Key responsibilities:
- Stock management (good in + out)
- Product management including setup, editing, repricing
- Customer service/support across all channels
- Warehouse support
- Ad hoc administrative task e.g. raising purchase/sales orders, reporting etc…
Required skills & Experience:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Well organised with great attention to detail
- Pro-active and willingness to learn
- Problem solving skills
- Competent using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
The role:
- Location: Fully office-based role working 8.30am-4.30pm from our Saint Ives based office. Open to someone working school hours 9am-3pm with wages adjusted.
