We're looking for a professional, organised, and customer focused Customer Service Advisor to join our busy automotive repair centre in Lincoln.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives outstanding service from their initial enquiry through to vehicle collection.
Welcome customers professionally, both face-to-face and over the phone
Manage repair bookings and coordinate vehicle drop-offs and collections
Provide customers with regular updates throughout the repair process
Liaise with technicians, insurance companies, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate customer records and administrative documentation
Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the journey
To succeed as a Customer Service Advisor, you will have:
Previous experience in a customer service, reception, administrator, service advisor, or customer support role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Good IT and computer skills, with confidence learning new systems
A positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Automotive industry experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
