I am reaching out on behalf of my favourite line manager who has had a long-time serving member of the team leave due to an early retirement. There's a real, social element within the team as culture is everything for this client.
They work with mixed gender, young adults 18-25 on an Eating Disorder's unit and the annual salary is £40,000 with seperate enhancements.
The role is full-time and the work is rewarding, you can really make a difference in the patients lives within a specialist unit like this one - ED's is great for career progression as once you work in more senior roles you'll often find this as an area for advancement.
