Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Fragrance Brand Ambassador who is fluent in Arabic. This role involves representing our prestigious Memo Paris fragrance brand at Heathrow T4.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a flair for social media management, and a passion for luxury products. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating memorable customer experiences, promoting product awareness, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary face of the brand at retail outlets, engaging with customers in Arabic and other languages as needed.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to enhance customer understanding and interest.
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure they are attractive, organised, and aligned with brand standards.
- Employ strong communication skills to build rapport with customers, providing personalised recommendations.
- Upsell products effectively by understanding customer needs and highlighting relevant items.
- Organise and manage time efficiently to maximise engagement during shifts.
- Utilise organisational skills to keep track of stock levels, promotional materials, and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Arabic
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and presentation.
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions or product calculations.
- Experience in upselling techniques within a retail environment is preferred.
- Organised with good time management abilities to meet daily targets and objectives.
Pay: From £31,000.00 per year
