GENERAL PRACTICE HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT - LILYVILLE @PARSONS GREEN (LONDON SW6)

We are a friendly team and promote high ethical standards within the workplace. We have strong relationships with other community services and are invested in developing our wider clinical team, including our nursing staff, healthcare assistants and in-house Clinical Pharmacist. Several of our GPs are experienced teachers and mentors and the Practice encourages an open, learning environment.
The Practice is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to join the team. You should have experience of working in General Practice/Primary Care and be prepared to work as part of a varied multi-disciplinary team. A large part of the role involves health promotion (NHS Health Checks, Care Plans in mental health, diabetes and high-cardiovascular risk groups) so excellent communication skills are required. Familiarity with the SystmOne electronic record system and experience in areas such as ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, spirometry and anticoagulation monitoring are desirable but not essential - we will provide full training and development in post.
We are happy to consider applicants for part-time or full-time working and salary is negotiable depending on experience and competencies.
Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis until we have found the right candidate.
